陈龙，男，1989年1月出生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事毫米波无线通信、光纤-无线融合通信、5G和6G通信、人工智能等领域的研究工作。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、湖南省自然科学基金青年项目、湖南省教育厅优秀青年项目和一般项目，参与国家863计划项目、国家重大仪器专项、国际（地区）合作与交流重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、湖南省自然科学基金面上项目等多项。在国内外学术期刊和国际学术会议上发表学术论文30多篇，其中SCI收录20多篇。
