陈建华，教授、硕士研究生导师。1980年1月出生，湖南省桃源县人。2001年7月本科毕业于中国海洋大学经贸学院，2004年7月毕业于南京理工大学应用数学系，获理学硕士学位，2010年6月毕业于中国科学技术大学基础数学专业，获理学博士学位，2011.3-2012.4在以色列特拉维夫大学电气工程学院从事博士后研究，2013.11-2014.1及2017.2-2017.4在以色列特拉维夫大学电气工程学院学术访问，2018.3-2019.3在美国德克萨斯农工大学数学系访问。目前的研究兴趣为：算子半群、时变线性系统的Lyapunov稳定性、无穷维线性（时不变和时变）系统的适定性以及可控可观性、线性算子谱理论（主要包括薛定谔算子谱理论，光子晶体的数学理论）、Hardy空间上的算子理论、来自电气工程领域的一些数学控制问题（例如，非线性系统的稳定性、与虚拟同步逆变器、虚拟无穷电容有关的控制问题）、医学成像、量子图论。自2009年以来发表论文15篇，其中第一作者12篇（第一作者中SCI收录11篇）。主持国家自然科学科学基金项目2项（青年基金和数学天元基金）、省部级项目1项（教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金）。
